General Returns Information

Order Cancellation 

If you have purchased goods from us, you are able to cancel your order for any reason. You must advise us that you wish to return goods within 14 days of delivery.  

Please email info@ev-tower.co.uk advising that you wish to return the goods and provide proof of purchase. 

The original delivery fee will still be charged and you will be required to arrange and pay for return delivery to the following address:

Products must be complete and in their original packaging along with any instruction leaflets, unused and in resalable condition.  It is recommended that photos are taken of the product before returning. 
Products must be returned within 14 days of telling us you wish to return them. Products must be packaged to avoid damage in transit, be contained within outer packaging and must not have carrier labels applied to the products. A reduction in the value of credit/refund provided may be applied if goods are damaged in return.   

Arrangements will be made to exchange, credit or issue a refund. 

Products that have been supplied as customised or personalised may not be returned or refunded. 

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and will only be paid into a bank account, we do not make payments to credit card companies.  It may take time for your own bank to process in their systems. 

Damaged, Short or Non-Delivered Goods 

If you receive delivery of goods which are physically damaged, where a delivery of goods is short or there is non-delivery of goods, please contact us via email at info@ev-tower.co.uk providing the following information.

Product Code 
Goods damaged/short/non-delivery 
If goods are damaged please supply photos 

Repairs or replacements can be provided for faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days after receiving the goods.  Short orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. 

Goods damaged during installation or use may not be refunded or replaced.
